T\u00e4m\u00e4 on minulle parempi vaihtoehto juoda yhdell\u00e4 huikalla p\u00e4iv\u00e4n vihre\u00e4t kuin sy\u00f6d\u00e4 se puoli kiloa p\u00e4iv\u00e4ss\u00e4. Laitan juomaan viherjauhe mixi\u00e4, chiansiemeni\u00e4, avokadoa, banaania, kookos\u00f6ljy\u00e4, sitruunaa ja kookosvett\u00e4. K\u00e4yn yleens\u00e4 aamulla urheilemassa, koska silloin minulla on eniten energiaa. Jos on hyvi\u00e4 vinkkej\u00e4, miten olette p\u00e4\u00e4sseet sokerikoukusta, niin kertokaa ihmeess\u00e4. Sanotaan, ett\u00e4 se ensimm\u00e4inen viikko on paha ja sitten helpottaa, eik\u00e4 sen j\u00e4lkeen edes tee mieli karkkia. Itse en ole huippukokki, enk\u00e4 nauti keitti\u00f6ss\u00e4 h\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4misest\u00e4. Haluan valmistaa ruokani nopeasti. Sy\u00f6n yksinkertaisia juttuja, mutta laadusta en tingi. Valmistan aina ruokani itse ja puhtaista raaka-aineista. Aion pit\u00e4\u00e4 saman linjan h\u00e4nenkin ruokien suhteen. Teen ruoat aina itse kun olemme kotona. Reissussa joutuu v\u00e4h\u00e4n soveltamaan, mutta onneksi vauvanruoka valikoimassa on hyvi\u00e4 luomusoseita ilman lis\u00e4aineita. Purkkiruoka on silti aina k\u00e4sitellymp\u00e4\u00e4 kuin itse tehty ruoka.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I always start my day with a green drink. It looks and tastes bad, but really does the trick. This for me is a better way to get my daily greens than having to eat half a kilo of it throughout the day.\u00a0 Into my drink I put green powder mix, chia seeds, avocado, banana, coconut oil, lemon and coconut water. I normally get my workout done in the morning, because that\u2019s when I have the most energy. This drink gives the boost I need.<\/p>\n<p>After training I eat organic oatporridge with raspberries and blueberries. I sprinkle a teaspoon of coconut sugar on top.<\/p>\n<p>For a snack I eat natural yogurt, cashew nuts and berries or I make myself a smoothie with berries, banana, chia seeds and Cocovi&#8217;s smoothie mix- powder. If I am not home, I always keep a protein bar in my purse to make sure I don\u2019t go and buy chocolate if I get hungry.<\/p>\n<p>For lunch I eat chicken or tuna, gluten- free pasta, broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, an egg, pine seeds and feta cheese. I pour some olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top.<\/p>\n<p>In the evening I eat lighter. For example a veggie soup with rye bread.<\/p>\n<p>And then in the evening sweets. ..I really would like to stop this habit. If you have any good tips on how to get off the sugar train, please tell me.\u00a0 They say the first week is bad, after that it gets easier and then you don\u2019t even feel like having sweets anymore. It\u2019s not like you have to give up sweets all together, but my goal is to have only one or two sweet days per week. Those who have managed to give up sugar say that they really can feel the difference. Sugar is also your skin\u2019s worst enemy and also for this reason I would like to cut down.<\/p>\n<p>During busy days it\u2019s easy to forget to eat or to postpone it. This normally results in wanting to empty the whole fridge in the evening and constantly nibble on something.\u00a0 When tired, it\u2019s easy to just eat whatever is quick and handy because you don\u2019t feel like preparing a meal according to the perfect diet pyramid. I\u2019m no master chef and I don\u2019t enjoy pottering in the kitchen. I want to prepare my food quickly. I eat simple things but don\u2019t compromise on quality. I always prepare my food myself with pure ingredients. I always choose organic products if I have the option.<\/p>\n<p>It is quite an exciting time for us now that Robin is ready to start tasting solid foods soon.\u00a0 I will keep the same standards when it comes to his food. I will always make the food myself if we are at home. While on the road, we will have to adjust a little bit, but luckily there are some good organic baby foods that don\u2019t contain any additives although baby jars are still always more treated that the food you make at home.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aloitan aamuni aina viherjuomalla.
