I don\u2019t think you should stress over training and food on your holiday as long as you are able to get back into it once the holiday is over.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t force myself to exercise as much as I used to. Six times a week with the taste of blood in my mouth. When I was younger I also thought too much about how exercising would improve my looks. What gets me going today is that great adrenaline I get when running, the sunny weather and music. And this great feeling stays for the rest of the day. I don\u2019t\u2019 want to spoil it by eating badly which is why I keep the good feeling going with pure and nutritional food.<\/p>\n<p>Even though I don\u2019t tend to go training when I\u2019m tired or don\u2019t feel a hundred percent, I still have to kick myself out for that run sometimes. I get my motivation from new training clothes, music and thinking about how different I\u2019ll feel after the jog.<\/p>\n<p>Although I prefer wearing black, my training clothes can be bright and splashy. Right now I mainly wear sports clothes by Adidas. They are fabulous! I also like to wear sport clothes when I\u2019m not exercising. During weekdays my high heels tend to stay in the closet as I only wear my runners.<\/p>\n<p>What works for you?
