Well-being starts in the kitchen. I love food! Nothing beats a delicious and long dinner in a good company. I enjoy trying new inspirations and shooting them in the kitchen. The best food feeds your body and soul. My intention is that every beat is good, nutritious and energizing. I prefer clean and unprocessed whole foods, that are as close to their natural state as possible – without processed flour, carbs and sugar. I collect everything here for my memo and your joy: Louds of colorful and green veggies and fruits, high quality protein and oils, hundreds of easy recipes and ideas:
