Joogatessani ne pysyv\u00e4t kokonaan pois. Joogaaminen on kuitenkin antanut minulle paljon enemm\u00e4nkin. V\u00e4h\u00e4n aikaa joka p\u00e4iv\u00e4 keskityn vain juuri siihen hetkeen. Mieli rentoutuu ja tasaantuu.
