Kala on vihannesten kanssa lempiruokaani ja sit\u00e4 olisi hyv\u00e4 sy\u00f6d\u00e4 paljon nykyist\u00e4kin useammin ja monipuolisemmin. Kala on l\u00e4hes hiilaritonta ja sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 paljon niit\u00e4 t\u00e4rkeit\u00e4 \u00f6ljyj\u00e4. T\u00e4n\u00e4\u00e4n ollaankin hurauttamassa veneen nokka kohti ulompaa saaristoa ja ehk\u00e4p\u00e4 saadaan merest\u00e4 tuoreita vonkaleitakin. Ihanaa, kes\u00e4ist\u00e4 ja l\u00e4mp\u00f6ist\u00e4 viikonloppua!
