Onneksi vadelma-aika jatkuu viel\u00e4. Istutin pihaamme pari vuotta sitten viisi erilaista vadelmapensasta. Ei hajuakaan en\u00e4\u00e4, mink\u00e4 nimisi\u00e4 ne tarkemmin olivat, mutta ainakin kaksi niist\u00e4 on my\u00f6h\u00e4islajikkeita eli ne tekev\u00e4t marjoja viel\u00e4 pitk\u00e4lle syksyyn. Viime p\u00e4ivin\u00e4 onkin tullut tehty\u00e4 erilaisia vadelmaisia aamupala- ja v\u00e4lipalaherkkuja. Raikkain ehdottomasti oli sunnutaiaamun kannullinen, johon sekoitin tehosekoittimessa j\u00e4\u00e4dytett\u00e4j\u00e4 vesimelonin paloja, reilusti vadelmia ja vett\u00e4. Pid\u00e4n j\u00e4\u00e4dytettyj\u00e4 hedelm\u00e4paloja ja -soseita sek\u00e4 marjoja aina valmiina pakkasessa raikastamaan smootheja. Helppoa ja hyv\u00e4\u00e4. Loppukes\u00e4 on parasta aikaa marjamieless\u00e4, nautitaan siit\u00e4 &lt;3 Eik\u00e4 varmaan haittaa sek\u00e4\u00e4n tutkimustulos, jonka mukaan vadelmalla on luontainen ominaisuus auttaa painonhallintaa sitouttamalla rasvasoluja.
