Jos fleet ovat suuria ja niist\u00e4 haluaa ihan tasaiset, voi leivinpaperista leikata kattilan pohjan kokoisen ympyr\u00e4n, asettaa sen fileiden p\u00e4\u00e4lle heti, kun laittee ne pannulle ja painaa kattilalla kevyesti minuutin verran.
