Ensin uuni l\u00e4mmitet\u00e4\u00e4n 225 asteiseksi ja kinkkua paistetaan siell\u00e4 40 minuuttia. Sitten kinkku otetaan uunista pois ja j\u00e4\u00e4hdytet\u00e4\u00e4n pari-kolme tuntia. Kun paistomittari on 70 asteessa (lihan l\u00e4mp\u00f6tila), otetaan kinkku uunista &#8211; t\u00e4h\u00e4n menee 7-10 tuntia. Jotkut sesonkiruuat ovat ihan turhaan helposti saatavilla vain juhlan aikaan.
