V\u00e4lill\u00e4 olen arkiviikon alussa iltaisin t\u00e4ynn\u00e4 uuteen viikkoon kohdistuvaa inspiraatiota ja energiaa. V\u00e4lill\u00e4 taas on enemm\u00e4nkin \u00a0energiavaje ja hankaluuksia saada uutta viikkoa k\u00e4yntiin.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">T\u00e4n\u00e4\u00e4n on tuo laahaavampi fiilis. Niin tai n\u00e4in, aina on hyv\u00e4 p\u00e4iv\u00e4 tehd\u00e4 joko lohdukkeeksi tai piristykseksi jotain extra-hyv\u00e4\u00e4 ja juuri sopiva resepti siihen on helppo mansikkainen mutakakku, terveellises\u00e4 ja v\u00e4h\u00e4hiilarisena tietysti. Mutakakku on yleens\u00e4 aina takuuvarma tarjottava (kuuluu varmasti kaikkien aikojen j\u00e4lkiruokien topkymppiin!), kukapa ei pit\u00e4isi sen pehme\u00e4n sulavasta sisuksesta &#8211; ja ainakin omat lempilisukkeeni \u00a0siihen ovat ehdottomasti tuoreet mansikat.<\/div>\n<h3>Mutakakku<\/h3>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: large\">5 kananmunaa<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large\">2 dl raakakaakaojauhetta (tai tummaa kaakaojauhetta)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large\">100 g voita<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large\">30 g raakakaakaovoita<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large\">hyppysellinen steviaa tai maun mukaan makeutusainetta<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large\">2 dl kermaa<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large\">tuoreita mansikoita<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">L\u00e4mmit\u00e4 uuni 200 asteeseen. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Voitele vuoka. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Sulata hellalla miedolla l\u00e4mm\u00f6ll\u00e4 voi ja kaakaovoi. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Sekoita stevia kaakaojauheeseen ja seos sulatettuun voiseokseen. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Erottele kananmunista valkuaiset ja vatkaa ne vaahdoksi. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Sekoita kesken\u00e4\u00e4n rikotut keltuaiset, valkuaisvaahto ja kaakaoseos. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Laita taikina vuokaan. Voit my\u00f6s jakaa sen nelj\u00e4\u00e4n kulhoon. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Paistaa 8-10 minuuttia 200 asteessa niin, ett\u00e4 keskusta j\u00e4\u00e4 pehme\u00e4ksi, mutta reunat kypsyv\u00e4t.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Vatkaa kerma vaahdoksi ja mausta se stevialla (maista!). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Kokoa kerma rennoksi &#8220;kasaksi&#8221; kakun p\u00e4\u00e4lle ja koristele viel\u00e4 pilkotuilla tuoreilla mansikoilla.
