Alkuviikolla aloitin kuukauden voimajoogakurssin, joka tosiaankin tuntuu juuri nyt kaikkialla. Ja treenin jaksamiseksi taas tarvitsen ylim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ist\u00e4 itseni palkitsemista uusilla terveellisill\u00e4 herkuilla ; ) V\u00e4lill\u00e4 koko treeni sujuukin sen voimalla, ett\u00e4 suunnittelen pian istahtavansa alas nautiskelemaan t\u00e4t\u00e4 j\u00e4isist\u00e4 banaaneista ja mustikoista tehty\u00e4 nicecreamia, johon sekoitan lis\u00e4\u00e4 rouskuteltavuutta ja proteiinia kotimaisesta Verso h\u00e4rk\u00e4papu granola karpalosta.
