Yksi kierros kest\u00e4\u00e4 aina 5 minuuttia ja se tehd\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4ysill\u00e4!<\/p>\n<p>Treeniss\u00e4 on paljon hyppyj\u00e4, mutta ne voi toki j\u00e4tt\u00e4\u00e4 poiskin(HIIT -treenin tarkoitus on kuitenkin olla kovatempoinen). Itse otan tavoitteeksi tehd\u00e4 t\u00e4m\u00e4n HIIT -treenin <strong>kerran viikossa, koko kes\u00e4n ajan.<\/strong> Useammin treeni\u00e4 ei edes kannata tehd\u00e4, koska se on niin rankka. Aineenvaihdunta hyrr\u00e4\u00e4 ja rasvaa palaa viel\u00e4 pitk\u00e4\u00e4n treenin tekemisen j\u00e4lkeenkin. Treeni haastaa koko kropan, niin lihaskunnon, kuin hengityselimist\u00f6nkin osalta, mutta treenin j\u00e4lkeinen olo palkitsee: <em>Min\u00e4 tein sen!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tarvitset <strong>ajanottokellon<\/strong> (esim tabata-timer appsi), johon s\u00e4\u00e4d\u00e4t<strong> 20 sekunnin ty\u00f6osuuden ja 20 sekunnin lepo-osuuden<\/strong> vaihtelemaan.
