Varsinkin m\u00f6kkiolosuhteissa t\u00e4llaiset treenit toimivat parhaiten. Kun l\u00e4hden tekem\u00e4\u00e4n omaa treeni\u00e4ni, suunnittelen sen rakenteen etuk\u00e4teen. Silloin treeni ei mene suurpiirteiseksi heilumiseksi ja se\u00a0tulee my\u00f6s tehty\u00e4 loppuun asti, eiv\u00e4tk\u00e4 muut asiat ala kiinnostaa kesken treenin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">T\u00e4m\u00e4n m\u00f6kkitreenin suunnittelin<strong> nelj\u00e4st\u00e4 9 minuutin setist\u00e4<\/strong> koostuvaksi. Jokainen setti sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 <strong>kolme liikett\u00e4<\/strong>, joita kaikkia tehd\u00e4\u00e4n <strong>40 sekuntia ja t\u00e4m\u00e4n j\u00e4lkeen pidet\u00e4\u00e4n 20 sekunnin tauko<\/strong> ja sitten siirryt\u00e4\u00e4n seuraavaan liikkeeseen. Liikkeit\u00e4 tehd\u00e4\u00e4n jokaisessa setiss\u00e4 yhteens\u00e4 <strong>kolme kierrosta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Kes\u00e4treeni kahvakuulilla<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Treeni:<\/strong> 40 sekuntia t\u00f6it\u00e4, 20 sekuntia taukoa, jonka aikana siirtyminen seuraavaan liikkeeseen. Jokaisen setin liikkeit\u00e4 kolme kierrosta, jonka j\u00e4lkeen siirtyminen seuraavan setin liikkeisiin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e4lineet<\/strong>: Kaksi samanpainoista<strong> kahvakuulaa<\/strong> tai muuta lis\u00e4painoa, kuten k\u00e4sipainoa tai vaikkapa vesikanisteria, levypainoa tms. Timeri esim <strong>Tabata Pro<\/strong> (appStoresta), johon voi ajastaa ty\u00f6\/lepoajat. Yhdell\u00e4kin kuulalla toki p\u00e4rj\u00e4\u00e4.
