Kuntosalille ei siis v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00e4 tarvitse l\u00e4hte\u00e4. Lihaskunnostaan voi pit\u00e4\u00e4 huolta tekem\u00e4ll\u00e4 voimaharjoittelua vaikkapa k\u00e4vely- tai juoksulenkin ohessa.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4ss\u00e4 oma lihaskuntotreenini, jonka olen nyt innostunut toteuttamaan Turun urheilupuiston uudella ulkokuntoilualueella. Vaikka ns. vihre\u00e4t laitteet, jotka sijaitsevat Karikon lenkill\u00e4, ovat suunniteltu erityisesti ns. street workout -harjoittelua silm\u00e4ll\u00e4 pit\u00e4en, voi niiss\u00e4 my\u00f6s ihan tavallinen kuntoilija tehd\u00e4 tasoonsa sopivan treenin. Vastuksena toimii oma keho. Kun kaikki liikkeet on tehty, pidet\u00e4\u00e4n 1-2 minuutin tauko. Toista yhteens\u00e4 3-4 kierrosta. Itse teen joskus my\u00f6s siten, ett\u00e4 kierr\u00e4n kierrosten v\u00e4liss\u00e4 karikonlenkin juosten tai k\u00e4vellen (1,5km) ja teen aina kierroksen lihaskuntoa, kun kuljen treenipisteen ohi.
